2011: A Year That Was

Yes, it's a bit too late to post this blog but I must. 2011 didn't do any good to me- I still don't have a job; my boyfriend broke up with me; my family went through a lot and my grandmother died. On the positive note, I have things to thanked for. 



JANUARY

• New Year with my two closest cousins, Nica and Aijon, plus tito and tita Liz. The first time my boyfriend spends New Year with us and (little did we know) was the last time my grandmother will spend hers.

• Villa Escudero with the fambam. We were supposed to spend our post-New Year at Bicol but opted to.

• I started my second training as a registered Nurse at National Kidney and Transplant Institute. I learned a lot from this exposure.

• First time to rode a bus all by myself. I feel like a grown-up :)

FEBRUARY

•  First inuman session with HS loves. My bestfriend, Shermalyn, treated me on my birthday. This drinking session was legal and it wasn't like I will go home sober.

• I got obsessed over coffee. My morning won't be complete when I don't drink one.

MARCH

• My broke-up with my boyfriend for three years. It was so unexpected. He broke up with me on our monthsary. Oh well, I'm happy now :D 
• My first experience with cardio-pulmonary resuscitation. I am so pressured that time I had to substitute for my nurse buddy. I don't have any idea if I'm giving the right amount of pressure to the patient.

APRIL

• I bought my first ever contact lens. Hazel brown color.

 

• Photoshoot with NKTI peeps for our upcoming seminar.

• Hand Mine production "Who Am I?"

MAY

• Hubert and I met again after our break-up. We settled things to live another life with no grudges at all. 
• Job Hunting and NKTI Clearance

JUNE

• Time to think about my health. My mother enrolled me at Fitness First.

• My tita from UK wants me to take IELTS so that she can get me. I enrolled at NINER.

JULY

• Tong Yang with Mikobelles. First time :)

• Bolong twin's birthday celebration. Whenever I go to parties like this one I'm always with my bestfriend. But this time, I went there without her.

AUGUST

• Mother bought me my new Blackberry bold
• First 3D experience. Smurfs.

SEPTEMBER

• Bez, Ian and I consumed two bottles of red wine. Our first time to drink this much.

• Bucket List: Bowl a bowling ball

• Mother let me have my first hair color. Mahogany brown.
• First time to eat at Banapple.

OCTOBER

• Paintball fight

• Bucket list: Traverse between trees on a zipline

NOVEMBER:

• We found out that bez is preggy.

• Nica's 18th.

DECEMBER:

• First time to ride an ambulance and it was not worth it.
• Ma passed away :'(
• Lunch date with our old neighbors.
• Hot spring at Pansol, Laguna
• Manaoag and Isdaan on Mom's birthday
• First time to drove to airport and explore new roads.
• This whole year I didn't have my hair rebonded :)

A years that was. Full of emotions, adventures and learnings.
